• Lead national clinic operations across all Coverdale Infusion Clinic regions, holding full P&L accountability and driving financial performance to meet or exceed EBITDA and business objectives.
• Develop, report on, and consistently achieve service level KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs, delivering monthly performance reports and action plans to senior leadership with transparency and accountability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Clinic Managers, establishing clear accountabilities, measurable goals, structured career development pathways, and succession plans for all critical roles within the clinic leadership structure.
• Oversee compliance with contractual education and training requirements and internal nursing performance standards, partnering with the Sr Manager, Clinical Excellence and Education to integrate quality, safety, and clinical priorities into regional operations.
• Drive patient satisfaction outcomes across the clinic network, championing a patient-centered culture and ensuring regional and clinic-level teams action feedback through cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Lead significant operational transformation initiatives, including business case development, leadership presentations, change management planning, compensation modelling, and role clarity design across clinic leadership tiers.
• Collaborate with Business Process Improvement teams and the Head of CRC Operations to evaluate and optimize cross-functional processes, making balanced, data-informed recommendations that benefit Coverdale and BioScript overall.
• Partner with Business Development, Commercial, PSP, and Pharmacy teams to identify and pursue regional and local business growth opportunities, supporting new service launches, therapeutic expansions, and clinic network growth.
• Provide operational sponsorship for technology and system implementations affecting the clinic network, ensuring regional readiness, training alignment, sustainment planning, and minimal disruption to patient care.
• Contribute data-based business cases and operational requirements to cross-functional governance discussions, including platform enhancement prioritization and pricing model evaluations, to ensure decisions reflect the true cost and risk profile of clinic operations.
• Manage supply, equipment, and resource spent in alignment with budget plans, overseeing inventory practices and clinic improvement planning across the national network.
• Oversee escalation management for issues affecting clinic capacity, service continuity, contractual delivery, or patient experience, ensuring timely and high-quality responses from regional operations teams.
• Monitor regional performance through structured reviews with Regional Clinic Managers, identifying risks, trends, and corrective actions and driving timely resolution.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive regional leadership culture grounded in operational excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a healthcare discipline or business administration is preferred.
• An undergraduate degree in a related field combined with substantial senior leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations will be considered.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is considered a strong asset.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience at the Senior Manager level or above, with demonstrated accountability for multi-site or national-scope healthcare operations.
• Experience in patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, infusion clinic operations, or hospital-based clinical services is required.
• A proven track record of leading regional or national teams, managing P&L and financial performance, driving service delivery excellence, and leading complex organizational change and technology transitions is essential.
• Experience working in or alongside Business Process Improvement, commercial, or cross-functional governance environments is a strong asset.
