Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Own workflow design and process optimization
• Map and standardize end-to-end campaign and revenue workflow
• Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual work
• Drive consistency across teams and processes
• Lead tooling, platforms, and automation
• Own CRM (Salesforce), OMS, and inventory management systems
• Build automation across planning, trafficking, and reporting workflows
• Partner with engineering on integrations and system scalability
• Ensure data integrity and governance
• Establish single source of truth across systems and reporting
• Define data governance and standardization practices
• Build reporting frameworks to track efficiency and operational performance
• Build effective cross-functional working teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments
• Partner with department leadership to establish strategic staffing and succession plans
• Drive engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related subject
• 7-10 years experience in ad operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology
• Strong experience with CRM systems, OMS, workflow automation, and data systems
• eCommerce Experience
• Retail Media Network Experience
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable web analytics system
• Experience with CRM and OMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Operative)
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong operational and systems thinking; expertise in workflow optimization, automation, and data governance
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and scale processes

Benefits

• Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00
• Competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as incentive, equity, and benefits
• Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations
