Role Description

As Senior Manager, Business Systems, you will own and drive Apptegy's enterprise systems strategy, unifying technology, data flow, and internal tooling across IT, Revenue Systems, and cross functional operational teams. Reporting directly to our Sr. Director of Security & Enterprise Technology, you will lead a high-performing team of systems analysts, administrators, and IT specialists while serving as a strategic partner to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Finance, and Engineering.

You will sit at the intersection of technical architecture, GTM problem solving, and business partnering, ensuring our enterprise stack works the way our teams work, not the other way around. As a trusted business partner to executive and operational leaders across Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, and Finance, you will proactively uncover underlying business needs, build cross functional trust, and align technology investments directly with company goals. This is a hands on leadership role for a builder/operator who excels at stakeholder relationship management, data architecture, and team mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Business Partnering & Stakeholder Alignment:
  • Serve as the primary business partner for leadership across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Finance, and Security.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to business leaders, discovering root business challenges behind feature requests and codesigning technology solutions.
  • Champion change management, user enablement, and system adoption across all business units.
• Enterprise Systems Leadership & Strategic Roadmap:
  • Own and drive Apptegy's enterprise systems ecosystem, connecting cross-functional system roadmaps.
  • Translate GTM and operational challenges into a clear, prioritized enterprise systems roadmap.
  • Drive a culture of support across all internal tooling.
• Systems Architecture & Data Integration:
  • Architect and maintain robust data flow patterns across the stack.
  • Design, build, and oversee point-to-point integrations and API connections between platforms.
  • Oversee enterprise system health, access management governance, and data hygiene standards.
• Technical Management & Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems analysts, admins, and IT professionals.
  • Lead by being hands on technical with your direct reports and partner functions.
  • Partner with leadership across GTM, Finance, Security, and Engineering to evaluate, procure, implement, and continuously optimize internal technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business systems, revenue operations, IT service management, or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience architecting multi system data flows, point-to-point integrations, and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• A leadership style rooted in technical credibility.
• Proven track record as a trusted business partner to executive and commercial leaders.
• Active commitment to leveraging modern AI, automation tools, and frontier LLM applications.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience administering and architecting core enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Atlassian.
• Demonstrated experience building or managing automated workflows using modern orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with IT help desk management and service desk ticketing workflows.
• Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS business model and operational SaaS metrics.

Compensation Notice

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000–$190,000, depending on qualifications, experience, location, and other job related factors.
