Role Description
As a Senior Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and oversee our order and transportation processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Enter and receipt POs for internal and external purchases.
- Monitor orders in the system and address any issues.
- Keep customers updated on deliveries.
- Allocate stock and schedule delivery dates.
- Raise credit notes for returns, warranties, and intercompany sales.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary laws and regulations.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
- Implement and improve logistics processes.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international trade regulations and laws.
- Service-minded and independent with prioritizing skills.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and solution-focused mindset.
