Role Description

Your primary role is to secure a consistent and world class Teamcenter PLM solution architecture for Husqvarna Group.

  • Work in an Agile setup with influences from Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Participate in various Agile Train events.
  • Collaborate closely with the Domain Architect on securing solution functionality to support overall expected business capabilities.
  • Make decisions on design, solution architecture, and solution proposals.
  • Ensure proper knowledge management and control over architecture diagrams and other critical information regarding the solution.
  • Identify and manage dependencies between and within Agile Trains.
  • Coach team-level Solution Architects in systems thinking.
  • Help the Agile Train team identify competencies needed for building long-term DevOps teams.
  • Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.
  • Work closely with Product Management to ensure capabilities and features are analyzed to create a logically coherent solution.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Teamcenter PLM modules from both business/usage and technology perspectives.
  • Self-confidence and capability to lead Teamcenter PLM architecture in an Azure cloud-driven context.
  • Ability to translate business needs and capabilities into solution concepts and solutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Driven, self-going, structured, and able to understand relevant stakeholders from both business and IT.
  • Values and cultural agility to set an example and lead others through discussions and decisions.
