Role Description

The Senior Industry Principal, Strategic Value Advisory serves as a trusted advisor to Kinaxis customers and prospects, offering deep industry expertise in supply chain management, transformation strategy, and value engineering. This role primarily focuses on the existing customer base, driving deeper solution adoption and shaping future transformation roadmaps.

• Lead Value Assessment and Business Diagnostic workshops for customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams.
• Apply domain expertise in areas such as demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, and business analytics.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Kinaxis solutions and translate industry challenges into tailored solutions.
• Lead value engineering efforts by creating and presenting business cases.
• Maintain industry-leading expertise in supply chain and technology domains.
• Serve as a thought leader in the supply chain industry through white papers and publications.
• Represent Kinaxis at industry conferences and webinars.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop thought leadership content.
• Build and maintain a strong professional presence in the industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, and strategic advisory services.
• Deep subject matter expertise in supply chain fundamentals and industry best practices.
• Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
• Proven success in designing and delivering supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of successful teamwork.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies in supply chain optimization.
• A valid passport for domestic and international travel requirements.
