Role Description

The Senior Icertis Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and support of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role serves as the technical and functional owner of the CLM environment, partnering with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure contract lifecycle management processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
• Hands-on Icertis administration and configuration experience
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations
• Experience configuring workflows, templates, clauses, forms, reports, and security models
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
