[Hiring] Senior GTM Engineer @Oyster

Role Description

As a GTM Engineer, you'll be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine. You'll build, connect, and automate the software systems that drive pipeline, turning high-level commercial strategy into workflows that run reliably.

• Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, sync patterns between systems, and the contracts between them.
• Integrate systems end to end: CRM (Salesforce), enrichment providers (Clay, Zoominfo), outbound and sequencing platforms (Nooks, Salesloft), marketing automation (Hubspot), the data warehouse, and Oyster's product APIs.
• Ship AI-driven GTM workflows: prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines that automate prospect research, personalised outreach, and real-time buying-signal alerts.
• Optimise our commercial processes, taking ownership and evolving the ways we generate revenue.
• Build automated data waterfalls that pull, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM.
• Work in a system that's already live, reverse-engineering existing processes and identifying what to keep versus replace.
• Instrument what you build: define metrics, measure output quality, and ensure automations stay trustworthy as they scale.
• Keep the stack maintainable and compliant: sensible data handling, monitoring, and alerting on the pipelines or agents you build.
• Partner with GTM to translate commercial goals into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales engineering role, or a software engineering background focused on revenue problems.
• Clear, proven examples of solutions implemented that drove measurable pipeline impact.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack, including CRM architecture.
• Experience building custom integrations and wiring up new tools from documentation.
• Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting.
• Working experience using AI/LLMs in a GTM or automation context.
• Commercial instinct: understanding funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics.
• A bias toward shipping: prototyping quickly and iterating based on user feedback.
