[Hiring] Senior Global Feasibility Lead @Syneos Health

Role Description

The Sr Global Feasibility Lead works independently with little to no oversight towards RFP and standalone paid feasibility objectives across all indications. Key responsibilities include:

• Confidently assessing the level of data and analysis required and proposing approaches for RFPs and individual paid feasibility assessments.
• Managing multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across any therapeutic area.
• Proactively identifying solutions to non-standard requests and applying knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex activities.
• Independently liaising with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for individual RFPs.
• Participating in and supporting activities related to department staff operations upon discretion of a line manager.
• Coordinating work of other team members as needed during multi-study programs or mentoring periods.
• Supporting department management in the development of group and achieving business objectives.
• Liaising with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, Business Analysts, and other team members.
• Independently managing and performing research of scientific literature using internet and internal metrics and tools.
• Supporting the preparation of material for and attending bid defense teleconferences and meetings under review and supervision.
• Actively participating in developing relevant metrics to measure the impact of protocol feasibility assessments, recruitment support, and site identification and selection activities.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of work and storing all relevant data within internal libraries in a timely manner.
• Supporting the development of feasibility analysis systems and collection of associated metrics.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and delivering pre-award site level feasibility assessments into presentations and/or written reports.
• Participating in the evaluation of new informatics technologies, such as clinical trial registry search tools.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop clear communication methods.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Experience in managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Translating feasibility intelligence into actionable study and site selection decisions.
• Using historical performance data and market intelligence to support decision making.
• Influencing country allocation and site selection strategy through evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.
• Superior time management skills; ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to be flexible around travel and work hours if a business need arises.
