The schedule offers some flexibility, and we will consider candidates available to work either an average of 30 (part-time) or 40 (full-time) hours per week. • Exceptional attention to detail, including comfort working with fundraising data, budgets, and tracking systems
  • Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and coordinating input across program, finance, and operations teams

  • Maintain the Airtable to track and monitor grant proposals, deadlines, reports, and relevant documentation
  • Draft fundraising priorities each quarter for the Executive Director, and adjust priorities as circumstances change

  • Support the Executive Director with developing plans and proposals to address identified funding gaps
  • Stay updated with the program team to keep up to date on the work and priorities that inform our fundraising strategy
  • Work with Executive Director to design and run the end-of-year campaign
  • Facilitate and lead the weekly Fundraising meetings
  • Support the Executive Director in planning public appearances, including funder conferences, Philanthropic Service Organizations (PSO) events, and in-house funder invitations

  • Write the annual impact report and other funder-facing narrative documents
  • Write thank-you and acknowledgment language and follow through to ensure gifts are acknowledged promptly, coordinating with the team where needed to get them out the door
