• Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, providing expert advice across corporate healthcare and group risk benefits.
• Grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Negotiate fees and collaborate with pensions and platform specialists on larger opportunities.
• Help shape the business’s healthcare and risk propositions, particularly corporate and international healthcare.
• Deliver valuable solutions that support clients and their employees.

Qualifications

• Extensive employee benefits consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of group risk and healthcare markets.
• Proven track record in business development and managing key client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach.
• A Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS), ACII or progress towards a relevant qualification is desirable.

Requirements

• Experience in managing mid-market client portfolios.
