Role Description

• Client is seeking a Clinical focused Business Analyst to support a new mandate (CMS-0057 F) mandate.
• The selected Business Analyst will lead large stakeholder meetings to extract requirements to meet the new SLA's of this mandate, document, validate, clarify requirements for Interoperability APIs with a focus on Prior Authorization.
• Provide requirements mapping details.
• Lead requirements end to end between the business, IT and testing teams.
• Responsible for end-to-end requirements traceability.

Qualifications

• 8 years as a BA with min. of 5 recent years within a Clinical environment.
• Excellent requirement gathering skills! Must have experience leading stakeholder meetings to extract requirements, then create documentation artifacts for the technical teams review.
• Knowledge of CMS-0057 F.
• Prior experience with Utilization MGT, Clinical Management/Operations.
• Experience with any leading Utilization MGT platform.
• Guiding Care is HIGHLY preferred. Open to InterQual or MCG as secondary options.
• Interoperability and API knowledge is required.
• Prior experience with end-to-end requirements gathering lifecycle.
• Prior experience with requirements traceability management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for a multi-party project environment.
