[Hiring] Senior Change Manager @Enlyte

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the people side of large-scale enterprise technology and process change. Develops and executes organizational change management (OCM) strategies that drive adoption, minimize business disruption, and help the organization realize the full value of its transformation investments.

• Applies structured, methodology-based approaches (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges Transition Model) to assess change impacts across people, process, and stakeholders.
• Coaches sponsors, plans communications, and builds readiness across a portfolio of concurrent, interdependent initiatives.
• Manages change workstreams with clear scope, schedules, risk tracking, and defined deliverables.
• Partners closely with program and project leadership, business owners, and technical teams to embed change management into the overall project plan and program delivery.
• Measures adoption, tracks progress against success metrics, and sustains outcomes over time.
• Brings deep expertise to close a current gap in enterprise change management capability and raise the organization’s overall change maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Strategy & Planning
  • Develops enterprise change management strategies and actionable plans for transformation programs.
  • Conducts change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
  • Applies structured, methodology-based approaches consistently.
  • Integrates change activities into overall program and project plans.
• Project Management & Delivery Discipline
  • Plans and manages change workstreams with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identifies and escalates change-related risks and competing priorities.
  • Provides transparent status reporting to program leadership.
  • Evaluates and right-sizes the change management approach for each initiative.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
  • Builds and maintains relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Designs and delivers targeted communication plans.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and proactively manages resistance.
  • Establishes and supports change agent/champion networks.
• Training, Readiness & Adoption
  • Partners with subject-matter experts to define training needs.
  • Assesses organizational readiness ahead of key milestones.
  • Coordinates cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
• Measurement & Sustainment
  • Defines and tracks adoption and change-success metrics.
  • Gathers feedback, monitors adoption, and adjusts change approaches.
  • Designs sustainment and reinforcement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Hands-on experience supporting major IT/technology programs.
• Deep, applied knowledge of one or more structured change methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies and stakeholder plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Change management certification such as Prosci / ADKAR, CCMP (ACMP), or an equivalent recognized program.
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts and tooling.
• Experience in a regulated or highly governed industry.
• Experience standing up or maturing a change management practice.
• Experience with change/adoption measurement tooling and program/project management platforms.

• Compensation ranges from $96,000 - $135,000 annually.
