Role Description

Help at Home is seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager – I/DD Services to oversee in-home and community-based services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) throughout Mississippi.

• Responsible for operational performance, service quality, regulatory compliance, client and family experience, and team performance.
• Directly leading approximately seven Care Supervisors.
• Approximately 75–80% of the business is centralized in the Jackson area, with oversight extending across Mississippi’s seven regional centers.
• Ideal candidate will have direct leadership experience within I/DD in-home or community-based services.
• Support individuals with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Fragile X Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Experience managing client and family relationships, developing frontline leaders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality services across multiple locations is essential.
• Requires experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and proficiency with computer systems, electronic documentation, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• This is a remote-based position within Mississippi with regular statewide travel required.
• Weekly pay between $65,000-$75,000 annually.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required (e.g. at least three years of experience in social service administration or in provision of in-home services to the elderly and/or disabled). Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, administer, and evaluate ongoing services in a multi-phased operation.
• Strong working knowledge of all program rules, procedures, and standard company rules and procedures.
• Previous experience in management.
• Management Authority: Makes staff decisions – hiring, firing; conducts performance reviews; trains other associates; directs work of other associates; directs workflows for entire team.
• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather.
