[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Service Operations @Angi

Role Description

The Senior Analyst, Services Operations drives strategic initiatives across Angi Services ensuring profitable operations and alignment with broader Angi initiatives. This role leads special projects, strengthens reporting and forecasting, ensures revenue transparency, and improves operational processes.

• Own the P&L for multiple lines of business — including forecasting, profitability assessments, and ROI analyses.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, own regular leadership reporting and decks, and continuously refine methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Design and own the processes that ensure proper partner payment reconciliation — including standing up new workflows, triaging discrepancies, and operationalizing hand-offs to Accounting.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting and financial processes, propose solutions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Partner with Ops, Product, Care, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to execute strategic initiatives, track their impact, and resolve ad-hoc business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional background in investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable fast-paced tech environment.
• Robust quantitative aptitude with expert-level Excel skills; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Proven track record of synthesizing data from multiple channels to generate strategic business insights.
• Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, alongside PowerPoint expertise.
• Strong capabilities in project management and navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships while balancing competing priorities.
• Self-motivated and resourceful professional capable of independent execution.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to rigorous quality assurance.
• Competency in utilizing AI tools to optimize and accelerate analytical processes.
• Genuine interest in the home services sector, marketplaces, and product-centric organizations.
