Role Description

We are seeking a Security Engineer to join a carve-out project. The role involves advising and supporting a newly formed technology team in managing and delivering multiple security capabilities across:

• Endpoint security
• Network security
• Cloud and attack surface management
• AI security
• Governance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and guidance on managing endpoint security using Cortex XDR.
• Advise on network security technologies including Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, and firewalls managed via Strata Cloud Manager.
• Support cloud security and attack surface management capabilities with Cortex Cloud and Cortex ASM.
• Collaborate on AI-driven security technologies, particularly Palo AI Security.
• Manage security information and event management (SIEM) and managed detection and response (MDR) systems.
• Oversee identity and access management tools such as Purview, SailPoint, and Delinea PAM.
• Handle certificate management and related applications.
• Utilize ServiceNow GRC for governance, risk, and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Cortex XDR for endpoint protection.
• Experience with Prisma Access for network security.
• Knowledge of SIEM solutions (general experience inferred, as specific products other than Cortex XDR are not listed).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and SailPoint for identity and access management.
• Experience with Delinea PAM for privileged access management.
• Broad understanding of security frameworks and governance tools.

Deliverables

• Effective management and delivery of the above security capabilities.
• Advisory and support services to the technology team during the project.
• Ensuring robust security posture across endpoint, network, cloud, AI, and governance domains.
• Documentation and reporting related to security standards and compliance.
