[Hiring] Security Consultant – Customer Advisory & Integration @Skaylink

Role Description

Join Skaylink, part of Vodafone, where cloud expertise meets global scale. You'll support customers in consulting, integrating, and operating Microsoft Defender XDR solutions, collaborating with engineering and SOC teams to deliver effective security outcomes and real business value. This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you also have the option to work from our office in a hybrid setup.

What you will do with us:

• Advise our customers on the deployment and operation of Microsoft Defender XDR (including Endpoint, Identity, Office, and Cloud Apps).
• Support technical implementation and integration into existing customer environments.
• Design and deliver Managed Security Services using Microsoft Defender.
• Identify opportunities to expand and optimize our customers’ Microsoft security environments.
• Work closely with our engineering and SOC teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in technical consulting and integration of Microsoft security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune, and Conditional Access.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Compliance, DLP) is an advantage.
• Certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, or MS-500 are beneficial, but not required.
