Role Description

You'll design, advise, and implement Microsoft security solutions while supporting customer projects across different industries. This role is remote within Romania, with an option to work from our office in Cluj-Napoca in a hybrid setup.

• Design, advise on, and implement Microsoft security solutions.
• Support customer projects throughout all project phases, either independently or as part of a project team.
• Take ownership of smaller projects and progressively lead more complex customer engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft on technical topics, workshop formats, and our strategic partnership.
• Contribute to the continuous development of Skaylink's Microsoft security portfolio.
• Help define best practices and technical standards within the security team.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and actively contribute to a collaborative learning culture.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an IT security environment (mid-level or senior).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies and solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • Identity & Access Protection
  • Threat Protection
  • Information Protection
  • Endpoint Security
  • Security Monitoring
• Good understanding of Microsoft infrastructures such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Hybrid Identity.
• Passionate about IT security and eager to keep learning.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
