[Hiring] SAP Solutions Consultant @FloQast

Role Description

Our SAP Solutions Consultant is an essential pre-sales customer-facing role within the Global Revenue Organization, partnering with prospects and clients to drive a mutual understanding of FloQast’s vast integration ecosystem. This role involves consulting, answering domain-specific queries, and advocating best practices for SAP integrations.

• Act as the primary functional subject matter expert for FloQast’s SAP integration strategy.
• Serve as subject matter expert for FloQast’s integration ecosystem, including pre-built APIs, custom APIs, and connectors.
• Join late-stage Sales opportunities to demonstrate how SAP integrations streamline financial workflows.
• Strategize with the Sales team on best next steps to build trust and achieve functional alignment.
• Collaborate with the Product/Engineering team on developments needed from an integration perspective.
• Partner with technical sales counterparts to translate FloQast’s tri-modal connectivity architecture into clear operational benefits.
• Consult with prospects on optimizing their month-end close by identifying opportunities for SAP job orchestration.
• Collaborate with customer accounting and financial systems teams to map close processes to SAP data structures.
• Ensure customer-facing integration collateral and best-practice guides for accounting teams are up-to-date.
• Answer questions from the sales team about integrations for their customer use cases.
• Deliver the required integrations and FloQast test environments for occasional proof of concepts.
• Write regular expressions to parse file names and contents for data processing as part of integrations.
• Any other duties or tasks that may be assigned to help the Solutions Consulting department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Financial Systems, Solutions Consulting, or Sales.
• SAP Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SAP environments.
• Possess a deep understanding of corporate accounting workflows and financial reporting needs.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Experience with cloud storage systems and administration experience.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and administrative experience.
• Proven experience or strong aptitude for navigating SAP data dictionaries.
• Experience implementing or supporting integration projects involving SAP APIs.
• Collaborative team player; must be comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment.
• Energetic communicator who enjoys relationship building via multiple video conferencing calls.
• Strong verbal and written skills to assist customers over live meetings, zoom, and/or email.
• Ability to articulate complex SAP integration concepts in business-friendly terms.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• Experience publishing and/or updating technical documentation.
• Experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, to optimize daily workflows.
• Experience with FloQast or similar financial close management software.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $115,000 - $150,000.
• Eligible for a commission plan in addition to base pay.
