[Hiring] SAP Signavio Process Analyst @Computer Task Group, Inc

Role Description

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Signavio Process Analyst position for our client.

• Assist in documenting end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager
• Support process discovery workshops and capture requirements from business stakeholders
• Create process models (BPMN 2.0), process documentation, and standard operating procedures
• Help analyze current-state (As-Is) processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support in developing future-state (To-Be) process designs
• Maintain process repositories and ensure governance standards are followed
• Assist in process mining and data analysis using Signavio Process Intelligence (if applicable)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business users, and project teams

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager and Signavio Process Intelligence
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling standards
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
• Experience with Signavio Process Mining
• Ability to facilitate workshops and gather business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business process analysis, process modeling, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio tools, including process modeling and/or process mining
• Experience supporting digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to SAP environments and enterprise systems preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Salary

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
