Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, interface monitoring, root cause analysis, and integration development activities across a complex SAP landscape. This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP integration technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP CPI iFlows across production and non-production environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents, interface failures, and service requests.
• Develop, modify, and enhance CPI integrations to support business requirements and application changes.
• Monitor interface performance and proactively identify integration issues before they impact business operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to support integration-related initiatives.
• Configure and manage integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management components.
• Manage security certificates, endpoints, connectivity configurations, and API integrations.
• Ensure adherence to established SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and support procedures.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production validation activities for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and reliable operation of business-critical interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services.
• Proven experience developing and supporting CPI iFlows in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management.
• Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of API-based integrations, security certificates, authentication mechanisms, and connectivity configurations.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, and related integration standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid support and project delivery environment.

• SAP BTP Certifications
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite Certification

Experience

• 10 Years of SAP integration experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite.
