Role Description
As a Sales & Supply Intern, you will assist new motorhome owners to start renting out their campervans. This includes:
- Onboarding new motorhome owners and ensuring they have the necessary information to get started on the platform.
- Following up on the quality and performance of advertisers to help them maximize their use of the platform.
- Ensuring a smooth booking process for travelers.
- Working closely with the UK Supply Team and the rest of the UK Country Team.
Your day will involve a mix of customer contact, strategy, and a dash of camper-inspired humour, including:
- Collaborating with motorhome owners to showcase their vehicles effectively.
- Guiding new advertisers through a seamless onboarding process.
- Answering inquiries from motorhome enthusiasts and advertisers.
- Conducting quality checks on existing ads to ensure they are visually appealing and trustworthy.
- Contributing creative ideas to team projects that foster innovation and fun.
Qualifications
- Following a relevant education in the Netherlands (HBO/MBO/WO).
- Looking for an internship as a mandatory part of your study from March 2025 on.
- Registered in the Netherlands for the internship duration.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive work style and eagerness to learn.
- British background or in-depth knowledge of British culture is a valuable asset.
Requirements
- Available to work at least 3 days per week alongside your assignments.
- Ability to work remotely, with the option of office space in Utrecht.
- Must live in The Netherlands for contract purposes.
