[Hiring] RPA Developer @NextGen Commerce

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions using the UiPath platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

• Design and develop UiPath automations across multiple business functions.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, databases, APIs, and Microsoft applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT, including defect resolution.
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks.
• Monitor and maintain production automations, implementing enhancements as needed.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow automation governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, web apps, and ERP systems (SAP, QAD, or similar).
• Experience with exception handling, logging, and production support.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• UiPath Certified Professional certification (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, or Intelligent Document Processing (Nice-to-Have).
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, or shared services automation (Nice-to-Have).
