[Hiring] RevOps Manager @Leafworks GmbH

Role Description

We're looking for a technical RevOps Manager to own and optimize our revenue engine, with HubSpot at the center.

• Own our HubSpot setup end to end: CRM, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, sequences, reporting
• Design and maintain the revenue process from lead to renewal across marketing, sales and customer success
• Build integrations and automations between HubSpot and other tools (API, webhooks, middleware)
• Write Python scripts and SQL queries for data cleanup, enrichment, migrations and reporting
• Build dashboards and funnel reports that show what's working and what isn't
• Keep data quality high: deduplication, property governance, clear definitions
• Spot bottlenecks, propose fixes and implement them

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops, with deep HubSpot experience (Operations Hub, workflows, custom objects, reporting)
• Solid Python skills (scripting, API work, data handling)
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Experience with the HubSpot API and integrating third-party tools
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue outcomes
• Clear written communication in English
• Availability for overlap with CET working hours

Requirements

• HubSpot certifications (nice to have)
• Experience with data warehouses or BI tools (e.g. BigQuery, Looker Studio, Metabase) (nice to have)
• B2B SaaS or services background (nice to have)
• Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) (nice to have)
