[Hiring] Revenue Operations Associate @Osmind

Role Description

RevOps at Osmind owns the revenue architecture across the full customer journey, from first marketing touch through closed-won, onboarding, expansion, and retention. This role reports to the Revenue Operations Lead and works across four distinct go-to-market motions:

• Scaled SMB sales
• Mid market sales-led with outbound
• Clinician customer engagement and upsell
• Enterprise life sciences

You will work in a modern stack (HubSpot, Gong, Cargo, Unify, Metabase, Stripe, DocuSign, Arrows, Pylon, Chameleon) and be expected to extend it with AI-native workflows from day one.

The role is built to grow, allowing you to participate in architecture, pricing, and segmentation discussions. You will have direct access to decision-makers.

What success looks like in the first 6 months:

• You own the systems work, and the teams that depend on it come to you directly.
• You have shipped at least one automation that took real manual work off someone's plate.
• You understand how the revenue engine fits together well enough to be forming a view on where it should go next.

What You'll Own

• GTM systems: Build and maintain the CRM and the tooling around it: workflows, properties, pipelines, lists, dashboards, integrations, permissions.
• Revenue data and reporting: Keep the deal, product, and revenue data accurate as the business changes shape.
• Deal process: Run the operational side of the deal desk: intake, routing, approvals, rate tables, and contract templates.
• Campaign and outbound operations: Build and QA the target lists behind outbound and upsell campaigns.
• Process design and automation: Get the process right before automating it.
• Documentation and enablement: Write down how each system actually works as you build in it.

Your First 90 Days

• 30 days: Working knowledge of the GTM stack as it is configured here and the deal process end to end.
• 60 days: Running the recurring hygiene and reporting cadence independently.
• 90 days: Trusted across sales, finance, and customer success to have their systems work handled.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, finance operations, or business operations.
• Zero to One mindset: Prior experience in scaling operations in fast-paced teams, ideally at a Series A through C high growth startup.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot): You have built workflows, custom properties, pipelines, lists, and dashboards in it yourself.
• Range over specialization: You are curious about the whole revenue engine rather than one corner of it.
• Iterative building approach: Asking what the team is trying to accomplish before tooling.
• Process first, then AI: You define the durable, scalable process before automating it.
• Precision with data: You check your own work and know the difference between a number that is right and a number that looks right.
• Clear written communication across sales, finance, customer success, and support.

Bonus Points

• HubSpot Operations Hub, or SFDC/HubSpot certifications.
• SQL, Metabase, or another BI tool.
• Billing or finance systems exposure, especially Stripe.
• Enrichment or outbound tooling: Cargo, Unify, Apollo.
• Finance, Deal desk, quoting, or contract operations exposure.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience.
