[Hiring] Revenue Operations Analyst @Deepgram

Role Description

Deepgram is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to help build and operate the systems, data, and workflows that power our GTM organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes getting into the details:

• Fixing broken workflows
• Improving data quality
• Supporting quote-to-cash and usage-based billing processes
• Finding ways to automate repetitive work

You’ll work closely with GTM Engineering, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals to make our commercial systems more reliable, scalable, and efficient.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a related role
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, flows, automation, and data management
• Experience working across CRM, CPQ, billing, contract, or other GTM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• A track record of improving workflows, not just executing existing processes
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve operations
• Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Finance, and technical teams

Requirements

• Experience in a usage-based or consumption-based business
• Experience with CPQ and contract-generation tools
• Familiarity with billing or metering systems
• SQL or experience working with GTM/customer data
• Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, n8n, Workato, Retool, or similar automation environments
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI company
