Role Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Resource Planner to join our team, responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery on a national scale by optimising resource allocation to meet customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and deliver excellent customer service.

• Working within a team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale.
• Ensuring site visits and schedules are planned for optimal utilisation.
• Allocation of resources (People and Equipment) within our team scheduling portal.
• Supporting our customers via phone and email – planning site visits and preparation of visit schedules.
• Liaising with customer coordinators and their employees, monitoring schedule completion and escalating issues.
• Collation of information for handover to national screening staff.
• Compilation of regular attendance & activity reports to meet client requirements.
• Assisting with raising monthly invoice requisitions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Office 365.
• Experience working in an Occupational Health or similar environment (advantageous).
• Proactive approach and ability to use initiative.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
