Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and supporting participants in achieving their learning goals in the fields of accounting, tax law, and digitalization.

  • Wissen vermitteln: Bring your expertise in accounting, tax work, and DATEV to help participants reach their learning objectives. Explain the fundamentals of bookkeeping, from preparing annual financial statements to profit and loss accounts and balance sheets. In tax work, convey knowledge about tax returns, types of taxes, and tax planning, demonstrating how legal requirements are applied in practice.
  • Lehrinhalte gestalten: Prepare practical and creative teaching units that not only convey theoretical knowledge but also allow participants to apply it directly in practice.
  • UnterstĂĽtzung und Beratung: Be available to participants for questions and uncertainties during and outside of regular class hours.
  • PrĂĽfungen und Feedback: Design exams and tests, assessing not only participants' subject knowledge but also their ability to apply this knowledge in practical situations. Provide constructive feedback and support participants in improving their skills and knowledge.
  • Digitale Lehrmethoden anwenden: Utilize modern digital tools and platforms to make lessons interactive, including the integration of online exercises, videos, and other digital media. Be proficient in using e-learning software to maximize participants' learning success.

Qualifications

  • Fachliche Expertise: Solid knowledge in accounting, tax law, and the application of DATEV. Ideally, practical experience in these areas to effectively share your expertise with participants.
  • Berufserfahrung: Experience in teaching or knowledge transfer, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and practically. A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, economics, tax law) and practical experience with DATEV are advantageous.
  • Lehrfreude: Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and the ability to present challenging topics in an understandable and motivating manner.
  • Technikaffinität: Familiarity with digital teaching methods and tools, using them to create interactive lessons. Regular use of learning platforms and modern e-learning tools.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and precisely, addressing individual participant needs and fostering an open and engaging learning atmosphere.
  • Train-the-Trainer-Zertifikat: A completed Train-the-Trainer certificate or comparable pedagogical training (AEVO, AdA, etc.) is advantageous but not a requirement, demonstrating your ability to effectively convey knowledge and work with various learning methods.
