Role Description
This role involves designing structured, engaging maths lessons for our AI tutor. This includes:
- Creating clear and effective lesson instructions for the AI tutor to deliver
- Identifying and addressing common misconceptions to improve student understanding
- Ensuring lessons follow best teaching practices and align with educational research
- Collaborating with our team building the innovative AI tutor
- Reviewing and refining lessons to enhance clarity, engagement, and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in maths education, with proven teaching experience
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for innovation and technology
- Experience in designing instructional materials, preferably for digital learning
- Ability to develop clear, structured lessons for effective delivery
- Organised and deadline-driven, with strong time management skills
Benefits
- £38,000 per annum (pro-rata for the contract duration)
- Fully remote working for flexibility and work-life balance
- Full-time, fixed term contract (Maternity cover - 1 year) with the possibility of extension
