[Hiring] Regional Service Manager @The Climate Control Group

Role Description

This position develops and manages a field service network throughout the assigned region and provides technical support, as needed, in resolving escalated product issues. The position also provides product training throughout the region and supports major product installations, ensuring proper sizing, application, and installation for the project.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC service and training on diverse products
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite products
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• EPA (preferred)

Requirements

• Ability to apply knowledge of air conditioning theory and structural layout
• Ability to apply knowledge of hydronic theory and structural layout
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse client groups
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and adequately describe problems and solutions
• Well-developed planning, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Computer Proficiency with the following software: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to produce precise, timely, and concise documentation
• Knowledge and practice of safety while using HVAC-related tools
• Ability to multitask independently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Holds a valid Driver’s License
• Has insured reliable vehicle (to travel to local customer sites)
• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• Successfully fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks for criminal/civil and motor vehicle records
