Role Description

The Mission: Protect every deal from contract to close.

• Ensure every contract reaches the closing table — title cleared, paperwork right, deadlines hit, sellers informed, nothing falling through the cracks.
• Own the entire post-contract process with a team to handle smaller tasks.
• Manage complex title problems.

The 12-Month Picture:

• Run 20+ closings a month, closing on time.
• Handle messy files directly, including probate, heirship, clouded title, unreleased liens, and back taxes.
• Build processes and train the team to manage follow-up, document chasing, and scheduling.
• Ensure the team is always aware of deal statuses.
• Be an indispensable part of the company.

• Strong delegation skills are essential.
• Must not be looking for a slow 9-to-5 environment.

• Title and escrow — open title, order the commitment, chase payoffs, and clear any issues.

• Seller communication — maintain direct contact with sellers to keep them informed.
• Buyer and dispo coordination — work with the dispo team and end buyers.
• Closing — review settlement statements and coordinate closing appointments.
• Your team — delegate routine work and keep the team informed.
• The system — own and improve SOPs, checklists, and templates.

What You'll Own (First 90 Days)

• Day 30: Fluent on contracts, buy box, title partners, and deal structures; carrying live files independently.
• Day 60: Full file load at pace; team handling delegated work; flagging process leaks.
• Day 90: 20+ closings a month running clean; improved fallout rate and days-to-close; documented SOPs.
