Role Description

Broker Solutions is seeking an experienced Ohio real estate broker to serve as Designated Broker for an established, growing real estate company. You'll provide the licensed supervision and compliance oversight Ohio law requires. Our corporate team handles administration, bookkeeping preparation, and day-to-day operations support, so your time goes to oversight rather than paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Designated Broker of Record and provide oversight for the brokerage's licensed activities in Ohio
• Review and approve monthly trust account reconciliations prepared by our accounting team
• Supervise affiliated licensees and review transactions or management agreements as required
• Ensure brokerage licensing, advertising, and records meet Ohio Division of Real Estate requirements
• Be available for compliance questions, required signatures, and regulatory communications
• Maintain your Ohio broker license, including continuing education

Qualifications

• Ohio Real Estate Broker License, either active or currently on deposit and eligible for reactivation before your start date
• Working knowledge of Ohio brokerage supervision and trust account requirements
• Clean disciplinary record with the Ohio Division of Real Estate
• Organized, responsive, and dependable

Requirements

• Compensation: $250–$500 per hour, based on experience
• Estimated time: [2–6] hours per month
• Type: Part-time, independent contractor, remote within Ohio
