[Hiring] Quality Improvement Advisor II @Mountain Pacific

Role Description

The full-time remote Quality Improvement Advisor II must reside in Montana or Washington. The Quality Improvement Advisor II provides client services to assigned groups and organizations and acts as the primary point of contact for communication, contract support, service expectations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

• Works closely with health care providers and partners to improve care delivery, quality data reporting, health information technology adoption, and performance under quality payment programs.
• Ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in health care, quality improvement, provider engagement, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of health care policy, quality reporting, performance improvement, and provider support.
• Effective communicator and collaborator who can represent Mountain Pacific regionally.
• Ability to manage project plans and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of the Quality Improvement team.
• Specialty certification and bachelor’s degree preferred.

Requirements

• Travel required: 15% - 60% of the time.
• Target compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 a year.
