Role Description

The Quality Issue Management Program Manager has full responsibility for managing the Quality Issue Management team. This includes:

Hiring, coaching, scheduling/delegating work, conducting performance reviews and determining pay/promotions.

Essential Job Duties:

Direct Management responsibilities for the CLS Quality Management Systems team
Provide clients and regulatory an overview of Quality Improvement Program
Oversee the QMS program for all CLS sites globally
Monitor regulatory and accreditation requirements for incorporation into the program
Communicate regularly with leadership to maintain databases/dashboards with most accurate and current information
Ensure trend analysis is reviewed on data to identify areas for improvement and influence management to improve related business processes
Ensure an effective Root Cause Analysis program is maintained
Ensure an effective program is maintained that ensures timely resolution of client concerns or complaints
Identify and drive improvements within the Quality Management system
Ability to support QMS functions across multiple business units/functions
Assist the Quality Assurance team with other duties as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of business planning, project management, and/or continuous improvement
Recommended: Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA)
Experience may be substituted for education (e.g., a two-year Associate degree plus 2 years applicable experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree)
Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Certification or similar preferred

Requirements

This is a remote Position
Application Window: April 17th
Pay Range: $85,000 to $110,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data
LBP Eligible Position: The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan
Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers
