Role Description
As a Purchasing Assistant here at Intelligent Technical Solutions, you are responsible for monitoring and evaluating purchase orders on a daily basis.
- Assist and manage communication with vendors.
- Coordinate and resolve purchase issues.
- Maintain records and associate documents for all processes.
- Maintain knowledge on all open orders and their status.
- Tracking and Monitoring Professional and Projects Boards.
- Invoice Filing/Accounting maintenance.
- Purchasing Board: Office 365, Adobe, Sonicwall, MS eOpen, Lenovo, 3CX Licenses and Warranties.
- Inventory and Audit Report.
Qualifications
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8GB RAM), i5, Windows 10, MacOS BigSur 11.
- Stable internet connection (at least 5Mbps download and upload).
- HD webcam/camera.
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings.
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.
- A very strong cultural fit with the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually).
Requirements
- Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and varies by experience and location.
