Role Description

The Provisioning Support is responsible for handling our WAN ordering, licensing reconciliation and billing processes.

Ensure smooth operation of licensing systems (O365, MS SPLA)
Timely processing of orders (WAN, Voice, Licensing)
Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM and other internal systems in support of blueAPACHE’s emPOWER services

Qualifications

Seasoned Provisioning Support experience within a Managed Service Provider, telco or carrier service provider
Basic understanding of WAN Technologies and Voice Services available from Major Telcos
Experience with Service ordering for Major Telco/NBN Tails (wholesale) and Data Centre Services
Experience with Reckon or similar purchasing platforms
Previous experience with handling Commercial Contracts and Sales Support
Proven experience in licensing management, billing and procurement (O365, MS SPLA)
Strong skills using Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word)

Requirements

Order and Delivery management with Carrier WAN, Data Centre and Cloud Service Providers
Maintain and Update Progress within ticket management system
Identify blocks/hurdles for remediation with PM/SDM teams
Update relevant stakeholders of upcoming Carrier appointments (installs)
Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs) using Reckon for licensing procurement
Manage ordering and billing processes for Microsoft licensing systems (O365, MS SPLA)
Assist with reconciling monthly commercials invoices with Carriers, Data Center and Cloud Providers
Perform monthly reconciliation of licensing data
Maintain and update records within Company’s CRM and Internal Systems
Ensure Out of Scope commercials are escalated for approval
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key Upstream Carriers, Vendors and Cloud Service Providers
