[Hiring] Provisioning Specialist @WorkWave

Role Description

As an experienced Provisioning Specialist, you will lead the strategic alignment, technical enablement, and operational integrity of our SaaS platform implementations for enterprise and growing clients. You will serve as a key operational strategist and system administrator within our customer onboarding and delivery pipeline.

• Evaluate client technical requirements to determine, configure, and execute appropriate WorkWave database environments.
• Analyze implementation data to continuously optimize configuration methodologies for platform onboarding.
• Direct the strategy and execution for activating WorkWave Payments functionality across customer accounts.
• Formulate and manage client registration strategies for A2P 10DLC text messaging compliance.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce team governance policy regarding service scope and resource allocation.
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot provisioning delays and ensure a smooth handoff to customer success.

• Strong attention to detail; you rarely let small configuration errors or discrepancies slip through the cracks.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make key decisions on matters of significance without direct supervision.
• Demonstrated capacity to analyze system workflows, evaluate technical trade-offs, and recommend scalable operational solutions.
• Strong policy formulation and negotiation skills, with the confidence to enforce business standards and operational boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Understands what’s mission critical and what’s trivial, and acts accordingly.
• The confidence and assertiveness to challenge incoming requests that do not belong to your team, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Prior experience managing or analyzing workflows within enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and SaaS ecosystems.

Requirements

• $50,000 - $65,000 a year.
• Final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget.
