Role Description

The Professional Services Director, NAMER is a client-facing sales overlay responsible for creating, shaping, and advancing Professional Services opportunities across North America. This role reports to the GVP of Sales, NAMER and involves:

• Building and maintaining a qualified book of Rimini Consult / Professional Services business.
• Identifying whitespace within existing and prospective accounts.
• Owning the overlay sales cadence for assigned opportunities.
• Developing account-specific growth plans for strategic customers.
• Leading outcome-led discovery and executive conversations.
• Building and sustaining trusted relationships with client executives.
• Creating persuasive business cases that articulate value.
• Partnering with Solution Architects and Delivery leadership to define solutions.
• Leading development of executive presentations and proposals.
• Coordinating internal reviews and approvals.
• Leading the extended sales team on pursuit strategy.
• Providing a disciplined handoff from sales to delivery.
• Representing regional market needs to leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, Professional Services, technology advisory, or complex solution sales.
• Demonstrated success creating and closing consulting or Professional Services opportunities.
• Experience leading consultative discovery, road-mapping, and executive presentations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
• Ability to develop client-facing business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification (preferred).
• Experience commercializing consulting services or developing repeatable offerings (preferred).
• Experience selling across multiple regions or industries (preferred).
