[Hiring] Production Support Analyst @FIS

Role Description

As a Production Support Analyst, you’ll be working with global clients to:

• Support FIS Credit Risk Manager, FIS Risk Analytics Manager, and FIS Enterprise Risk Hub applications
• Install application release updates for these applications
• Lead SRE projects for the applications

As a Production Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting live software systems for multiple clients. This role provides an opportunity to build and maintain daily connections with key internal stakeholders, including the Client Experience and Professional Services teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Ownership of processes and data structures
• Issue investigation and resolution
• Basic Microsoft Windows administration
• Basic SQL Server administration
• General troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency including knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows), databases, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• The ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience (3-4 years) in customer service or technical support roles.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and tools as needed.

Requirements
