Role Description

The Procurement & Vendor Management Expert will be responsible for designing realistic, multi-step procurement and vendor management tasks with objective criteria for grading the output. The role involves:

• Designing tasks that measure what AI systems can actually do.
• Turning real procurement workflows into benchmark tasks that are realistic, difficult, and gradable against objective criteria.
• Creating tasks based on supplier assessment, bid comparison, vendor risk analysis, and contract review.
• Defining objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation by qualified reviewers.
• Building tasks that require judgment rather than simple lookup.
• Creating or sourcing supporting materials needed for each task.
• Flagging ambiguous or ungradable tasks before submission.
• Delivering approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment, or vendor management.
• Experience creating or applying structured evaluation standards.
• Comfortable working across contracts, spreadsheets, and reports simultaneously.
• CIPS, CPSM or equivalent certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong English, written and spoken - B2 minimum, C1 preferred.
• AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus, but not required.

• Commitment to delivering tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.

Benefits

• Pay: Up to $90/hour equivalent.
• Time per task: ~10 hours per task.
• Fully remote work with no geographic restrictions.
