Role Description
At Pareto, we believe that operational excellence starts with strategic, data-driven decision-making — and procurement is no exception. As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s sourcing, vendor management, and cost-saving initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure we get the best value and quality from our suppliers while maintaining compliance and supporting Pareto’s growth.
- Analyze and forecast procurement needs based on business objectives and budget plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, contract compliance, and timely payments.
- Maintain procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Conduct market research to identify new sources of supply and alternative products.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and supplier management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
