Role Description

Perfect Life Group is a personal development company helping ambitious professionals achieve meaningful change in their careers, mindset, and lives. We're expanding our network of independent coaches and are looking for motivated self-starters to deliver our programs to a growing client base. This is a genuine contractor opportunity — you bring the people skills, we provide the system, training, and leads.

• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to clients using Perfect Life Group's established programs and frameworks
• Run workshops and online sessions for clients at various stages of their personal development journey
• Manage your own client relationships, follow-ups, and progress tracking
• Work independently to meet client outcomes and satisfaction targets
• Collaborate with the wider Perfect Life Group team for onboarding, training, and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Background in coaching, people development, sales, leadership, or a related professional field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with clients one-on-one and in groups
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and workload
• Registered or willing to register as a self-employed contractor (sole trader or Ltd company)
• No formal coaching certification required — relevant experience and attitude are what matter
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment
