Role Description

This is a remote position. A retired private individual is seeking a competent and experienced Remote Personal Assistant to manage the family's personal admin. The position requires approximately two hours per day/10 hours per week. You'll be someone who works swiftly to initiate requests, follow up promptly and provide timeous feedback. This role will suit someone who is comfortable working with personal information, showing discretion and professionalism.

• Assisting with personal to-do lists and projects
• Household and property administration
• Services coordination
• Assisting with calendar coordination
• Appointments
• Family events
• Travel plans
• Supporting financial and lifestyle tasks
• Insurance policies (short-term) and claims
• Medical aid claims and payment scheduling
• Online orders, reservations, etc.
• Handling of emails, calls, and correspondence
• Doing high-level research and preparing simple summaries when needed
• Organising files, contacts, documents, etc.

Requirements

• Experience supporting an executive or private individual/family
• Tech savvy
• Own private office space with high-speed internet, own laptop
