[Hiring] People Operations - Master's Thesis 'AI-based Feedback Systems' @Giant Swarm

Role Description

Feedback is one of the most valuable things a team can give each other, and one of the hardest to get right. We want to find out how AI can help people give better, more timely feedback, without taking the human out of it. That's where your master thesis comes in.

Your job will involve:

• Researching the current state of AI-supported feedback in organisations: what works, what doesn't, and where the ethical lines are.
• Analysing how feedback currently flows at Giant Swarm and where people get stuck.
• Designing and building a working prototype of an AI-based feedback system.
• Testing and evaluating your prototype with real users in our remote team.
• Treating data privacy, transparency, and trust as core parts of the design, not as an afterthought.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's programme in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI and how it changes the way people work together.
• Enjoy working with no-code and AI tools.
• Good analytical skills and experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Location: enrolled in Germany.

Requirements

• Compensation of €1,000 per month for the duration of your thesis.
