Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing property availability by maintaining direct phone contact with landlords - without cold calls. You’ll proactively update listings, verify details, and ensure all availability information remains current.
- Enhance property listings by adding new offers, completing missing details, and ensuring rental conditions are always up to date.
- Act as the bridge between landlords, account managers, and team leaders, ensuring inquiries are directed to the right person and providing essential support whenever needed.
- Maintain seamless operations, optimize listings, and help landlords maximize their rental opportunities with Uniplaces.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential - other languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills: Being attentive to landlord concerns and feedback, making them feel heard and valued.
- Organisational skills: Efficient task management and time organisation.
- Relationship management: Ensuring landlords feel supported, valued, and cared for, leading to long-term partnerships.
- International mindset: Thriving in a multicultural team environment, collaborating with colleagues from 16+ nationalities.

Important Details
- This is a remote-based role in Portugal.
- Internship contract with a duration of 6 months.
- Includes an internship grant + meal allowance.
- Access to a co-working office in Lisbon, Monday to Friday.
- Requires availability of 40H per week.
