Role Description

Join our team as a Payment Operator in the thriving iGaming industry! This job opening is available within Southeast Asia only.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Operator to join our Payments team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient payment operations, handling daily transactions, resolving payment-related issues, and supporting the team in delivering reliable payment processing services.

Shift Structure:

• This position involves working a rotating three-shift schedule based on Central European Time (CET/CEST):
• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00
• You will work five days per week, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
• For candidates based in Southeast Asia, these shifts typically correspond to the following local working hours during Central European Time (CET):
• UTC+7 – 12:00–20:00 / 20:00–04:00 / 04:00–12:00
• UTC+8 – 13:00–21:00 / 21:00–05:00 / 05:00–13:00
• UTC+9 – 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00 / 06:00–14:00
• Please note that during European daylight saving time (CEST), all local shift times listed above will start and end one hour earlier.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Verify transaction details and maintain accurate payment records across financial systems.
• Handle refunds, payment adjustments, and transaction discrepancies when needed.
• Identify and resolve payment-related issues, collaborating with team members to ensure timely solutions.
• Support Shift Leaders and Managers with daily operational tasks and payment-related activities.
• Share your knowledge and provide guidance to junior Payment Operators.
• Stay up to date with payment procedures, systems, and operational updates.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve workflows, efficiency, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of payment processing fundamentals and financial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle payment information with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and support teammates when needed.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and continuously develop your skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a similar role (nice to have).
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and Discord (nice to have).
• Experience in customer service or other client-facing roles (nice to have).
