[Hiring] Owner Operator Semi Truck Drivers @AmCan Freight Express LLC

Role Description

Tired of dispatchers who disappear and rate cons that show up late? We've spent more than 10 years building a carrier that owner operators can rely on.

• Experienced dispatch team that knows dry van freight inside and out.
• Immediate rate confirmation as soon as you book a load, with no surprises later.
• Mostly customer freight rather than spot market, which is why our dry van average was $3.45 per mile over the last 5 months.
• 88% of gross on every load.
• Paid every Friday.

Qualifications

• Own a semi truck (no cargo vans, hotshots, or sprinter vans).
• CDL Class A, 3+ years of experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations.
• Must pass a background check.

Requirements

• Fuel card discounts up to $0.90 per gallon.
• Owner operators typically take home $3,500 - $6,000 weekly after deductions and fuel, and top OTR owners have reached $6,500 - $7,000.
• Weekends home or OTR. You choose what works for your life. After 30 days you can move to self-dispatch if you want more control.
• Orientation is done remotely. We mail your equipment to your home, and your first load is local.

Benefits

• Talk to Someone Who's Been There: You're welcome to speak with an owner operator already running with us and confirm everything above first-hand.
