Role Description
The Open Wing Alliance (OWA), a program of The Humane League, is a global coalition of approximately 90 animal protection organizations across 70+ countries united in a common goal: to end the abuse of chickens worldwide.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert on corporate campaigning and corporate outreach for the OWA in Europe.
- Build relationships with OWA member groups and provide advice, coaching, and training.
- Collaborate with organizations across Europe to maximize impact for animals.
- Responsible for domestic and international travel, equivalent to 6-10 trips per year.
- Work hours outside of 9am-5pm at least two working days per week.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide OWA member groups in Europe with strategic guidance and direction for regional corporate campaign strategies.
- Co-create strategies with OWA groups and serve as a coach, building their independence over time.
- Lead in-person and virtual trainings for OWA groups on corporate campaigning and corporate outreach.
- Build strong relationships and trust with OWA groups.
- Develop resources and training materials to build resilience, empowerment, and autonomy in the OWA.
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with corporate pressure campaigns and/or corporate negotiations.
- Experience developing campaign strategy and carrying out specific functions related to a campaign's success.
- Deep commitment to THL’s mission to end the abuse of animals raised for food.
- Familiarity with the animal protection movement, or other advocacy movements, in Europe.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation range for this role is:
- £38,203 - £46,692 for candidates based in the United Kingdom
- 627,251Kč - 766,641Kč for candidates based in Czechia
- CHF95,472 - CHF121,211 for candidates based in Switzerland
