Role Description

The Pennsylvania Doula Commission (PADC) is focused on expanding its reach and enhancing member engagement. As a member of the Outreach Committee, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and retaining members. This includes:

• Recruiting and retaining members to grow the PADC community.
• Offering advice and resources to support member engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of existing members and monitoring membership trends.
• Engaging new members to ensure they are integrated into the organization effectively.
• Managing projects related to member outreach and retention.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Ability to lead outreach efforts and inspire membership growth.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills for managing membership records and related projects.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for engaging with members and potential members.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with other committee members and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience in planning and executing outreach projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
