[Hiring] Ostomy Product Specialist @180 Medical

Role Description

To provide client service support to the Account Management teams. Collect medical documentation and information to setup new clients of 180 Medical.

Key Responsibilities

• Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance, or changes in service
• Solicits sale of new or additional services
• Performs follow up phone calls to clients after initial shipment
• Verifies client files are complete and all necessary documentation is in place
• Makes all assigned production goals
• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
• Participates in traditional and e-learning programs
• Make entries as appropriate in Medtrack, a proprietary system
• Support Team Supervisor and Team Manager on miscellaneous projects
• Promote the company’s relationship and service benefits with the manufacturer

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, college degree preferred, not required
• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Ability to reason, problem solve, and think outside the box
• Good communication skills with professionals in clinics and hospitals
• Respond promptly to customer needs; Respond to request for service and assistance; meet commitments
• Sales experience preferred
• Demonstrate orientation to profitability
• Gather and analyze information skillfully; Works well in group problem solving situations
• Good organization skills and can prioritize tasks
• Able to read and interpret written information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Reliable/dependable
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in environment and industry
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Work with integrity and ethically; Uphold organizational values

Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility
• Infrequent light physical effort required
• Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs

• Work performed in an office environment
